Hey, I'm Tracy!

I have been a property manager with Aborn Powers for over 4 years servicing El Dorado, Sacramento, Placer, and Sutter County! I love making relationships with new clients, tenants, and vendors.

I love creating solutions to problems and making sure that the properties we manage are well-maintained and always looking their best. I also value a team atmosphere, whether in the office or out in the community and strive to connect with each person I come in contact with so they know just how much they matter.

What are your management fees?

Our management fee depends on the type of service we are providing. Single family management starts at 8% while lease-ups are 50%, and lease renewals are 25% of one month's rent. For more questions about our fees, call us at 530-676-6760!

Do you use licensed and insured vendors?

Absolutely! Our preferred vendor network consists of contractors and businesses who are proven experts in their industry and are completely licensed and insured. We also have our own in-house maintenance team that handles smaller jobs to ensure your tenants are happy and maintenance orders are done quickly and efficiently.
